Our vouchers include a one-year price guarantee. Should the offer price increase during this year, no surcharge is payable. This price guarantee is printed on the voucher.
However, the voucher remains valid for 10 years according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), which refers to the value and not the activity. The activity is limited to the date printed on the voucher.
Promotional vouchers for time-limited offers are only valid until the date printed on them and cannot be extended with a price guarantee. In this case, however, we are happy to credit the value of the voucher towards a different offer.
If the price guarantee has expired, an extension can be registered on our website. There, you can choose between a new price guarantee for CHF 25.- or a free extension without a price guarantee. If there is no active price guarantee stored for the voucher, a small surcharge on the current offer price may be due in some circumstances.
